2. Once you sign up and payment is processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
3. Your snail mail will be sent out within 3-7 business days!

• After your first initial payment has been processed, your recurring charge will be applied to your card every 1st of the month. 
• Your snail mail will be sent out so that you have it before the 15th of every month. We aim for 3-7 business days!
• Any order placed after the 15th will still receive that month’s theme up until the last day of the month. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping as every club bundle is made to order.*
• We will send out an email confirmation when we ship out your bundle so you will know an estimated date of delivery.
• We accept all major credit cards. 
• You may edit your billing and shipping information at any time through your account under billing.

We wanna be flexible for you! You may pause your membership to take a break and unpause when you’re ready to join us again. 

Members may cancel their club subscriptions at any time. Please keep in mind that cancellations must be made by the 28th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month’s bundle. There are no cancellation fees. Simply log in to your account. Click on billing under your subscription to cancel. You must cancel by the 28th of the month to avoid receiving the following month’s shipment. Once a payment is received, no refunds will be made.

There may be a theme you might not be in love with. We totally understand! With that said, we put a lot of love and care into each package so gifting items is a great way to share the love and still support our small business. All sales are final.

To help stay true to our pledge on practicing sustainability, our clubs are ‘made to order’ meaning we calculate and produce exact quantities ordered to reduce over production and waste. We allow a total of two weeks max to get your snail mail in your hands but we always aim for 3-7 business days.

When should I expect my Snail Mail to arrive?

Orders processed on the 1st should expect snail mail to arrive between the 5th - 15th of the month.

I have not received my snail mail after the 15th, what should I do?

• Our monthly club members get exclusive discounts, first to know about monthly themes and sometimes little loving surprises in their packages. 
• If you missed our window for a specific month’s theme, make sure you sign up before the end of the month so you don’t miss out on the subscription price of our current or future themes! 
• Non-members can purchase a monthly theme Snail Mail item at full price. Themes are special and may be limited.
• Themes are announced publicly on social media and our website after the 1st of the Month.
